To ensure uniqueness and reduce waste, each item from our collection is custom-printed especially for you when an order is placed. This made-to-order approach means we have a specific return policy, which we've outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately.
- Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- How to Report: Please email us at support@3wear.co with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo showing the issue (the misprint, damage, or defect).
- A brief description of the problem.
- Resolution: Once the issue is confirmed by our production team, we will be happy to send you a replacement item at no cost to you.
Sizing, Color, and General Returns
Because each product is created on-demand for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, color selection, or if you simply change your mind.
To ensure you are happy with your purchase, please:
- Check the Sizing Chart: Every product page includes a detailed sizing chart. Please take a moment to measure a favorite t-shirt or sweater at home and compare it to our chart to ensure you get the perfect fit.
- Double-Check Your Order: Before completing your purchase, please review your cart carefully to confirm you have selected the correct size, color, and design.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your order seems to be lost, we are here to help. Please follow these steps first:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office, as they may be holding the package for you.
- Ask your neighbours if the package was left with them by mistake.
If your package is still missing after these steps, please contact us at support@3wear.co.
- Timeframe: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Similarly, packages that go unclaimed at customs or the post office will be returned to us, and the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
